1. Can we do customization and put our own logo on the products?
Yes, we have rich experience in offering OEM/ODM service, including labeling, packaging etc.
2. How much does it cost to create a sample?
We usually provide existing samples only for quality checks. The price of creating a sample varies depending on the type of product and the amount of work required. You can let us know your requirements and we will get back to you with a quote. The sample charge is refundable for large orders.
3. How long is the sample lead time?
We usually take 10-14 days to produce a sample, but in urgent cases, we can finish the sample in 7 days. Shipping time is around 3 workdays to EU, UK, and North America.
4. How long is the production lead time?
The lead time for mass production is usually about 45 days for orders below 5000 pieces. If the order exceeds 5000 pieces, the lead time may be open to negotiation.
5. Are the stated prices fixed?

6. How do I make payment?
Sample packages and in-stock items can be bought directly online. For formal OEM orders less than US$3000 in value, full payment should be made offline. For orders over $3000 in value, it is 30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L.
7. How do you ensure the quality of the products?
Our factories have over 20 years of experience in plush toys manufacture and we only hire skilled and experienced factory staff. We check the finished products one by one to make sure that they are of high quality.
8. If I have an existing sample, can you replicate that and mass produce it?
Yes, you can send us your samples and we will replicate them.
9. Do the stated prices include shipping cost?
All our prices are FOB Shanghai prices.
