1. Project Consultation & Requirement Alignment
After receiving your inquiry, we review your product concept, target market, material requirements, and estimated order quantity.
At this stage, we confirm feasibility, compliance requirements, and cost expectations.
2. Design Confirmation & Technical Review
Our team prepares technical drawings, structure recommendations, and material specifications.
For rubber and TPR products, mold structure planning is finalized before sampling.
3. Prototype & Sample Approval
We produce a pre-production sample for your evaluation.
Revisions are completed until final approval before mass production begins.
Typical sample lead time: 10–15 days.
4. Mass Production
Once the sample is approved and the deposit is received, bulk production begins.
Production lead time: Typically 55–60 days for new orders, and 45-50 days for repeat orders, depending on complexity and quantity.
Dedicated QC staff monitor each stage of production.
5. Quality Inspection & Compliance Support
We conduct internal quality inspections and can arrange third-party inspections upon request.
Documentation for CPSIA or ASTM testing can be coordinated for US retail compliance. Our products also meet CE marking requirements.
6. Packaging & Global Shipping
Products are packed according to your retail and fulfilment requirements.
We support FOB and DDP shipping options.
